Current funding and independence

BasisMark is privately self-funded. It currently has no outside investors, grants, sponsors, advertisers, or paid research clients. No outside organization controls its methodology, findings, verdicts, or publication decisions.

Current relationships and conflicts

BasisMark currently has no paid or unpaid relationships with data-center companies, golf organizations, utilities, water agencies, environmental advocacy organizations, or AI companies connected to the research presented here. Material conflicts or relevant relationships will be disclosed if that changes.

Disclosure updates

These statements describe the current early public foundation. If funding, sponsorship, paid work, governance, or a material relationship changes, BasisMark will update this page and assess whether the change affects existing research or publication decisions.

External review, if later completed, will not give a reviewer control over publication and will not be presented as certification or endorsement.
